El sorteo diario «Daily CH3TRIS» (el «Sorteo») está organizado por CH3TRIS (ch3tris.com) (el «Organizador»). Contacto: ch3tris@gmail.com.
Cada día se plantea en ch3tris.com y en la app CH3TRIS un reto único mundial (el «Daily CH3TRIS»), idéntico para todos los jugadores, correspondiente a un día natural UTC. A cada día de reto le corresponde un sorteo entre las participaciones válidas de ese día. El Organizador podrá suspender, modificar o finalizar el programa de sorteos en cualquier momento, publicando el cambio en esta página; los sorteos ya celebrados no se verán afectados.

Las publicaciones cuyo enlace no incluya un código de verificación válido, o que reutilicen un código ya publicado por otra participación, no participan en el sorteo.
Una participación por persona y día. Si una misma cuenta publica varias veces, se considera únicamente la publicación más antigua. Las publicaciones desde cuentas protegidas/privadas no son visibles para el Organizador y no pueden participar.
Pueden participar personas físicas mayores de 18 años (o menores con el consentimiento de sus padres o tutores, cuando la legislación aplicable lo permita), con una cuenta real y pública de X. Quedan excluidas las cuentas automatizadas, las participaciones con resultados manipulados o texto falsificado y las personas que colaboren en la organización del Sorteo. El Organizador podrá descartar cualquier participación que considere fraudulenta, explicando el motivo si el afectado lo solicita.
El premio de cada sorteo diario es un código promocional para desbloquear la versión completa de CH3TRIS («CH3TRIS Full Version», compra única de valor de referencia 3 €): partidas ilimitadas, desbloqueo permanente, sin pagos posteriores. El código se canjea en el App Store de Apple (opción «Canjear tarjeta o código») en un dispositivo compatible y otorga la compra sin coste.
El premio no es canjeable por dinero. Si el ganador ya posee la versión completa, podrá regalar el código a la persona que elija, comunicándolo al Organizador o entregándolo directamente; el plazo de canje de la sección 7 no varía. Un mismo participante no podrá ganar más de un sorteo dentro del mismo mes natural.
El ganador será contactado desde la cuenta oficial @CH3TRIS mediante mensaje directo y/o respuesta pública a su publicación. Seguir a @CH3TRIS permite recibir su mensaje directo, por lo que se recomienda mantener el seguimiento hasta la entrega del premio. Para recibir el premio, el ganador deberá poder recibir mensajes directos de @CH3TRIS o responder al contacto público en un plazo de 7 días desde la comunicación; transcurrido ese plazo sin respuesta, o si la cuenta ganadora hubiera dejado de existir, el premio de ese día quedará desierto.
El código promocional se genera y entrega tras ese primer contacto. Los códigos promocionales de Apple tienen una caducidad técnica limitada desde su generación, por lo que el ganador dispone de 14 días desde la entrega del código para canjearlo; pasado ese plazo, el código puede quedar inutilizable sin derecho a reemplazo (el Organizador podrá, a su criterio y como cortesía, emitir un nuevo código si quedaran disponibles).
Si por causas ajenas al Organizador (indisponibilidad o bloqueo de la API de X, fallos de terceros u otras incidencias técnicas) un sorteo diario no pudiera celebrarse en su fecha, el sistema intentará recuperarlo dentro de los 7 días naturales siguientes, con el mismo método de selección y sobre la misma ventana del día del reto. Si la recuperación no fuera posible en ese plazo, el sorteo de ese día quedará desierto de forma definitiva.
Para la gestión del Sorteo, el Organizador trata exclusivamente datos ya públicos de la publicación participante y de la cuenta que la publica (identificador y nombre de usuario de la cuenta de X, texto y hora de la publicación, y si la cuenta figura entre los seguidores públicos de @CH3TRIS), con la única finalidad de gestionar la selección, comunicación y entrega del premio, y conservándolos el tiempo imprescindible para acreditar la celebración de los sorteos. The «Daily CH3TRIS» daily giveaway (the "Giveaway") is organized by CH3TRIS (ch3tris.com). Contact: ch3tris@gmail.com.
Each UTC calendar day, ch3tris.com and the CH3TRIS app pose one worldwide challenge (the "Daily"). Each challenge day has one draw among that day's valid entries. The Organizer may suspend, modify or end the giveaway program at any time by updating this page; completed draws are unaffected.
Play that day's Daily on ch3tris.com or in the app (the Daily is always free); beat the challenge (solve it within the time limit in the target number of moves, with no extra moves); share your result using the game's own share button to a public X account, keeping the generated text (which includes the day's challenge number and the #dailych3tris hashtag), during the challenge's UTC day; and follow the official @CH3TRIS account on X — following is a condition of entry and is how the prize is delivered (by direct message). Initial grace period: during the program's first weeks, entries from accounts not yet following @CH3TRIS still count as valid; the Organizer will announce publicly on @CH3TRIS when the grace period ends before enforcing the exclusion.
The generated share text includes a link carrying a unique verification code issued by the game's server; posts whose link lacks a valid verification code, or that reuse a code already published by another entry, do not enter the draw. One entry per person per day; if an account posts more than once, only the earliest post counts. Posts from protected/private accounts cannot be seen and cannot enter.
Individuals aged 18+ (or minors with parental/guardian consent where applicable law allows), with a real, public X account. Automated accounts, manipulated results or falsified share texts, and anyone involved in organizing the Giveaway are excluded. The Organizer may disqualify entries it deems fraudulent.
After the challenge's UTC day closes, an automated system collects valid entries, also checking — once the grace period has ended — that each entrant follows @CH3TRIS at collection time; entries that do not meet the follow condition are discarded and recorded as such in the draw's audit trail. Entry collection is automated and subject to X's technical read limits: if a day's entries exceed those limits, the draw is held among the representative sample of entries actually collected that day, in the order the system retrieves them. Among valid entries, the winner is selected by a deterministic random algorithm (a mulberry32 generator seeded with the day's challenge number, over the entry list sorted by post ID): given the same entry list and day, the result is reproducible and verifiable. If there are no valid entries, that day's draw is void.
Each daily prize is a promo code unlocking the full version of CH3TRIS ("CH3TRIS Full Version", a one-time purchase with a reference value of €3): unlimited games, permanent unlock, no further payments. The code is redeemed on the Apple App Store ("Redeem Gift Card or Code") on a compatible device and grants the purchase at no cost. No cash alternative. If the winner already owns the full version, they may gift the code to a person of their choice; the redemption deadline in section 7 still applies. The same participant cannot win more than once in the same calendar month.
Winners are contacted from @CH3TRIS by direct message and/or a public reply to their post. Following @CH3TRIS lets you receive its direct message, so keeping the follow until prize delivery is recommended. Winners must be reachable (open DMs or a reply) within 7 days; otherwise, or if the winning account no longer exists, that day's prize is void. The promo code is generated and delivered after that first contact. Apple promo codes technically expire a limited time after generation, so the winner has 14 days from delivery to redeem the code; after that, the code may become unusable with no right to replacement (the Organizer may, at its discretion and as a courtesy, issue a new code if any remain available).
If a daily draw cannot be held on its date due to causes beyond the Organizer's control (X API unavailability or blocking, third-party failures, etc.), the system will attempt recovery within the following 7 calendar days, using the same method and the same challenge-day window. If recovery is not possible within that period, that day's draw is definitively void.
Only already-public data from the entry post and the posting account (X account ID and handle, post text and time, and whether the account appears among @CH3TRIS's public followers) is processed, solely to run the draw, contact the winner and deliver the prize, and kept only as long as needed to evidence the draws.
